Classes? But isn't school lame and for nerds? Maybe, but you're the one asking a computer screen questions, so who's the real nerd?

In our opinion, classes are amazing. Life is about always being a better version of yourself, and finding ways to improve yourself professionally and personally each year. And guess what? Classes help with that! We have classes for everybody at every stage of life, and classes for all levels of difficulty, so whether you're brand new to acting and want to learn some basics, or whether you're a top-tier writer who wants to learn a different perspective to keep professionally growing, we can help.

Here's our list of topics for the classes we lead. Performing Art Class

CLASSES & DESCRIPTIONS

First Rule (Basic) - This basic Improv Comedy course is good for those wanting to learn the basics of improv, and covers the basic ideas and skills needed to successfully improv a scene with teammates.

Second Rule (Intermediate) - This Improv Comedy course is good for those who have taken a performing class before, and want to advance their skillsets to the next level.

Third Rule (Advanced) - This Improv Comedy course is for those who have taken improv classes and performed in front of audiences multiple times, so they want to fine-tune their skills to perform at a higher level

Is this Anything? (Basic) - This is our basic Stand-Up Comedy course. Named after the famous question comedians ask each other when pitching material, this course helps you develop your on-stage persona, and helps you craft those early jokes. Perfect for beginners to help you prepare for your first open-mic night.

How'd that Go? (Intermediate) - This is our intermediate Stand-Up Comedy course, ideal for those who have done a little bit of Stand-Up in their day. This will help you take your material to the next level, and will open you up to feedback from comedians who have toured nationally.

Lights! (Basic) - This is our basic Acting course that leads participants through the basic ideas and skills of acting.

Camera! (Intermediate) - This intermediate-level Acting course is good for those who have already taken an acting class, and want to learn more about getting in character, staying in character, and exploring characters.

Action! (Advanced) - This Acting course is coming soon.

Landing the Job (All Levels) - This course is geared towards people who want to learn tactics that can help them interview better, and potentially land more offer letters. This course is always customized for your unique situations and existing skills, and is often conducted in a 1-on-1 environment.

Prepping for the Job (All Levels) - There are a lot of factors that can help you pick and choose better jobs to apply for, increasing your ability to receive job offers from those jobs. This course helps you write your resume, helps find companies to target, and can help prepare you for your interviews. This course is customized and only conducted in a 1-on-1 environment.

Advancing Through the Job (All Levels) - This is our course geared towards helping you build a career road map. It helps you discover potential career trajectories among different industries, and helps you create a unique plan to getting there using your skills, personality, and experience. 

Facing the Audience (Basic) - This is a Public Speaking course that helps you present better in front of crowds. This course is perfect for beginners who haven't presented before, or anyone who still has a little stage fright.

Leading the Audience (Intermediate) - This is a Public Speaking course that helps you make the most out of your presentations. From coming up with graphics to analyzing and helping your speech style, this course can help you take your Public Speaking Skills to the next level. Soon, you won't just be presenting, you'll be "wowing" the crowd! 

Communication Basics (Basic) - Communication is more than just talking, and that's exactly what this course explores. This course is ideal for people who work with people for their jobs, such as HR/P&C positions, and want to learn how an increased level of Communication can help them solve problems, keep people happy, and raise expectations for the team.

Through the Lens (Basic) - This is our basic Photography course, where you'll learn about the equipment, how to line up a shot, what to look for, and different beginner techniques to capture tremendous photos.

Through the Screen (Intermediate) - This is our intermediate Photography course, which teaches Photography at a higher level, specifically involving editing and lighting techniques. 

Pen and Paper (Basic) - This is our basic Writing course, which is good for beginners. This course addresses how to get started with writing out ideas, whether they're for a short video, a larger performance, or a creative article. Good writing can either make or break how people interact with your ideas, and this course is geared to lean more on the "make" side! (Not a grammar course!)

Find me at the Coffee Shop (Intermediate) - This is our intermediate Writing course, ideal for people who have done a little writing before, mainly because we use this course to review some samples from you, and help you write in a more engaging way. This course always dives in on certain techniques that will help your writing stand out to people without sacrificing your unique personality.
