Bad Jokes Competition
The Bad Jokes Competition is our longest-running YouTube Series, and for good reason - It's a unique series where we can use our joke-writing, joke-telling, and Improvisational Comedy skills all at the same time! Pair that with the anticipation of watching other people break, and it's just as much fun to watch as for us to film. Where it's Been, and where it's Going
The Bad Jokes Competition is our longest-running YouTube Series, and for good reason - It's not only incredibly fun to film, but it's fun to watch! It's always fun to watch people try to avoid laughing, which is the name of the game in these videos. One performer starts by telling jokes, trying to get someone else to laugh. If they do, then the person that laughs gets a point, and it's their turn to tell jokes until someone else laughs, getting a point for each additional joke they have to tell before someone else laughs. The whole goal is to avoid getting points, and therefore avoid being dubbed the "Loser of the Day", which is the person with the most points for each episode. Sound confusing? Just watch an episode! And when you are, we encourage you to drop a Comment on YouTube about your favorite joke of the episode and/or favorite performer of that episode. It helps us give out awards and build a community, which is our goal.
We end each Season with a Best Of type video, highlighting all of the best moments of the Season. In Season 1, we finished the video with the Best Moment and the Daddiest Joke of Season 1. When Season 2 concludes, we're going to do the same, but expand to award the Best Joke-Teller, Best Joke, Daddiest Joke, and Best Moment of Season 2. How do we get those awards? We let our community vote! Use This Form to vote for those categories, and you can use the same form to give us feedback on Season 2, which we greatly appreciate. We strive to always be improving and to make the best videos we can, which takes a lot of feedback!
The Bad Jokes Competition series came on the heels of a lot of people creating "Dad Joke" videos, and since a lot of the Creative Contributors for SweetHart Entertainment know each other from Improv Comedy, we know a thing or two about telling jokes, specifically the dad joke-style puns that make you cringe, roll your eyes, and secretly laugh, though people always try their hardest to avoid letting that show. These are the end-game types of jokes that Improv Comedians love, because it shows their affinity for wordplay and puns - the types of jokes that embarrass the kids, make the dads chuckle to themselves, and occasionally makes that one lady snort up soda.
Our first season and the first half of Season 2 was filmed and put on The UnIntentionals' YouTube channel, before SweetHart Entertainment became a company, and therefore became the production company for The UnIntentionals. Our first season was filmed in person, with the 2nd Season going to a Virtual format for obvious reasons. Once Covid-19 is more under control, we're going to not only look at resuming In-Person Filming, but we're looking at the possibility for opening up Season 3 to a small, live audience!

3. Watch us Live as we film Episode 13, which we're hosting Live on YouTube. If your joke is featured and makes all of the performers laugh, you win! We'll spin a wheel to determine the amount, verify you're in our digital audience during the episode, and send you that Amazon e-gift card, easy as that!
Rules/Legalities (Please Read Before Submitting a Joke!):
1. We are under no obligation to use your joke simply for submitting it. It is exclusively our creative freedom to use your joke how we please during the episode, though you will get credit for it if/when used. You also acknowledge that you have or intend to follow all 3 rules to win any prize in this contest.
2. Your joke being in the episode does not guarantee you a prize. Also, if you win a prize, you are not guaranteed the $25 amount. As stated above, we will spin a wheel live to see your amount. Prizes will be sent via email address, and once sent, the liability from SweetHart Entertainment's side ends, though we will have screenshots to verify each gift card is sent if required to be provided.
3. If you're under 18, a parent/guardian's email address is required to win. If you're wondering why, it's to make sure you have parental consent to the contest, which is required by law.
4. If you fill out the form, you consent to the rules of the contest, and that SweetHart Entertainment is not required to use any information submitted in your form, not liable for any missing or stolen e-gift cards, and is not able to be targeted by any type of lawsuit resulting from your involvement in this contest. We also agree not to sell or provide your information to any other party, and will only use your email address for prizes.
5.
